The apartment has the ability to comfortably accept up to 5 guests at one time.

Yes, one of the rooms has a king size bed with possibility of converting into twin room. Therefore, the possibility would be to have twin beds in one room, in the other one you could have a king size bed, and the additional single room. Of course, you can also have two rooms with king size beds and the single bedroom.

We do not accept pets at Residence by Splendida Palace

When you make a booking on our website we can accept various methods of payment from PayPal, Revolut and Direct Bank Transfer.

We are happy to accept cash when you visit us, however, when you book we will require a 30% deposit to secure your booking with us (your stay will not be confirmed before deposit payment is done).  Once you’ve placed your reservation and chosen “cash on stay“ we will contact you with the payment details.

There is no reason to worry – our web site is securely encrypted. However if you have any concerns you can also book with us through other websites such as AirBnB, booking.com, etc.

There is a grocery store by the property, only 2 minute walk away.

-No – the apartment is located on the first floor and therefore there if a flight of stairs (no lift available).

There is a great healthy breakfast place only 3 minute walk from the apartment, while plenty of restaurants can be reached by taking a short walk to the Promenade or Old Town. There is also a possibility of meal delivery trough mobile apps.
